About this site
About Healthcare Administration Degree
This site ranks 368 bachelor's programs at 364 institutions and 414 master's programs in healthcare administration, with 33 states covered page by page. It exists because the thing that matters most in this field is also the thing schools are least likely to tell you: only 103 of those master's programs hold CAHME accreditation, and no bachelor's degree anywhere holds it at all.
Where the Data Comes From
Program counts, graduation rates, tuition, admission rates and degrees awarded come from IPEDS, the US Department of Education's institutional survey. Wages come from BLS OEWS, May 2025, SOC 11-9111 (Medical and Health Services Managers). Accreditation comes from CAHME's own published directory. Degree titles, delivery format and certification claims come from each school's own program page, fetched and confirmed rather than assumed.
No figure on this site is estimated, modelled or carried over from another site. Where a number appears, it came from one of those sources, and the methodology names which.
How the Rankings Are Built
Two scoring models, one per award level, published in full with their weights and with the factors deliberately left out. The same model is applied to every program at that level. There is no editorial override and no paid placement: a program cannot be added to or removed from a ranking by asking, and no school has been given advance sight of its position.
What This Site Will Not Do
It will not invent a figure. Every number on this site is read from a named federal release and carries the release it came from, so any figure here can be traced back to the record it was taken from.
It will not treat unknown as bad. Where a program's accreditation could not be confirmed, it is excluded from the ranking rather than scored zero, because the two are not the same thing.
It will not hide a correction. Where a school's own page contradicts the federal record, the school wins and the correction is recorded against the page it came from. Delivery format in particular proved unreliable in the federal data.
It will not rank a program you cannot enroll in. Teach-outs, closures and paused admissions are listed without a rank once confirmed, with the reason and the source on the card, rather than left in the ranking because the federal file still lists them.
How This Site Makes Money
This site may receive compensation when readers request information from or enroll in programs featured here. Sponsored placements are labeled. Accreditation status, wage data, and program structure data are sourced directly from official records and are reported the same way regardless of partnership status.

Corrections
If a figure here is wrong, it is worth telling us, and it will be changed. Every number traces to a named source, so a correction can be checked rather than argued about. Accreditation status in particular moves: CAHME's directory is the authority, and where it disagrees with this site, CAHME is right.
