Healthcare administration degrees by state
Indiana runs the 14th largest healthcare management workforce in the country and pays it $19,720 under the national median. Among the 11 healthcare administration programs in Indiana below, one institution stands out for a structural reason rather than a score: it holds CAHME accreditation at master's level while also running an undergraduate program, which most accredited institutions do not.
CAHME accreditation applies to master's programs only, so no degree on this page carries it. What varies between states is whether the accredited institutions are places an undergraduate can begin. Usually they are not: the CAHME list is dominated by research universities that run a graduate program in health administration and nothing at bachelor's level, so their accreditation is reachable only by applying in from another institution.
Purdue University Global is in both lists. Its master's holds CAHME accreditation and its bachelor's is ranked here, which means an Indiana reader can start and finish in one place. That is worth weighing against the score, because continuity is not something a ranking of undergraduate programs can measure and it is worth real money in application effort and transferred credit.
Two honest qualifications. Being at an accredited institution is not the same as being admitted to its accredited program, which has its own entry requirements. And the accreditation says nothing about the undergraduate degree's quality, which is what the graduation rate, tuition and delivery figures below are for.

The best completion record belongs to Butler University, which finishes 80% of the students it enrolls against 48% at the top of the list. It places 8th rather than first because graduation rate carries 40% of the score and tuition, delivery and selectivity carry the rest. Ranked order and price order do not agree here. University of Southern Indiana holds the top place, while the cheapest way into the field in Indiana is Vincennes University at $6,551 a year, $2,485 under the top-ranked program, and it still places 3rd of 11. 6 of the 11 run fully online, and the highest placed of them is the program at the top of the table, so the ranked answer and the distance-study answer are the same one here.

Graduation rate carries 40% of the score, in-state tuition 25%, delivery flexibility 20% and admission selectivity 15%. Every input is federal IPEDS data or the school's own program page, and a program has to report both a graduation rate and a tuition figure, and still be enrolling new students, to be ranked at all. Weights are never renormalized around a missing factor, because that turns non-disclosure into an advantage. The same model runs on every state page, with no editorial override and no paid placement. The full weighting, and the factors left out deliberately, are in the ranking methodology (version 1.0).
No accreditation factor appears at this level. CAHME accredits healthcare management programs at master's level only, so no bachelor's degree anywhere carries it, and an undergraduate program claiming otherwise is describing something that does not exist. Where a school states AUPHA certification on its own page, that is reported on the program rather than scored.
